Ms. Livak has provided students with invaluable support in the Learning Lab, a space created to provide additional academic support. She helps students develop study habits, manage and organize their workloads, and find solutions to help them be more successful. She manages the bi-weekly tutoring program run by National Honor Society and Guidance and is often available to help students during study halls and throughout the day. Her classroom is often full and busy. She approaches her work with a positive outlook and solutions-oriented approach. We're happy to have her!

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Johnson State College
• Master's Degree in School Counseling from Northern Vermont University

She worked as a school counselor at Christ The King Burlington for six years. Additionally, she worked at Burlington High School as a para educator for students with intensive needs as well as in Aspire, the supported study hall, and with New Americans and ELL classrooms. She has experience working with students with many different abilities. She adds a wealth of knowledge and support to our Rice academic and Guidance Teams.
