Transportation

Thanks to strong interest from the Georgia area, this year we are offering morning bus transportation. In the first semester, we piloted bus service from the Waterbury area, but did not get enough ridership to make it sustainable. So the Georgia bus service has been expanded to 5 days per week.

Bus service is based on a subscription model that helps make this service sustainable while still keeping costs low - (about $5/ride). While this doesn’t fully cover our expenses, it helps us get closer to breaking even and ensures we can continue offering this valuable service. 

The rates and locations are:

• Georgia (Monday-Friday): $500 for second semester
  Ascension Church, 3157 Ethan Allen Hwy, Georgia, VT 05478, 7am departure

Important Details:

• In the event of a 2-hour weather delay, the bus will depart from the same location at 9am.
• Completing the form above gives permission for your child to take the bus and authorizes Rice to charge a fee for your selection. There is no other permission form or sign up form necessary.
