- Gifts of Stock
  
  For all transfers, please contact Advancement Coordinator Wendy Fisher to share the name of the donor and the name and number of shares that are being sent so that we may sell the shares and thank the donor in a timely manner. Rice works with Schwab as our broker and our account informaton is below.

- Donor-Advised Funds
  
  You can support Rice by recommending a grant from your donor-advised fund. More information regarding using a DAF to give to Rice will be shared fall 2026!
- Recurring Gifts
  
  By committing to a recurring gift, you are providing Rice with steady, reliable, funding for students and faculty through a monthly gift to our school. Enrollment is easy with a credit card here.
  
  How it works:
  You determine the amount of your donation.
  Rice will charge the gift to your credit card every month.
  Your gift will automatically renew each year.
- Matching Gifts
  
  Your gift may be matched by your or your spouse's company. To learn more about matching gifts and if your gift is eligible, contact your employer.
- Gifts from an IRA (QCD)
  
  Do you have an IRA? Are you 70½ years old or older? Are you interested in a more tax-efficient way (than cash) to support Rice?
  
  If yes, ask your IRA administrator to send a gift directly from your IRA to Rice. The withdrawal is tax-free and if you have a Required Minimum Distribution or RMD, this type of gift can count towards your RMD. You may direct your gift to the program or area of your choice and have an immediate impact on Rice and our students. This type of gift is called a Qualified Charitable Distribution or QCD.
