Mr. Rushford manages the upkeep and improvement of all our campus facilities. He's actively developing long-term strategies for sustainable and efficient facility use. He brings great energy and is a wonderful addition to our staff. We are excited about the improvements that will come with his leadership.

What is your favorite thing about your job? I never know what each day will bring me. I enjoy helping others be more successful and efficient in their day to day school life.

If you had an unexpected afternoon off, what would you do with your time? I would most likely be with my family at home tending to my plants or greenhouse. When I can, I try to have “plant therapy” at Claussen’s and roam the greenhouses.

Best vacation/trip you’ve ever been on: Volunteering for the D.R.E.A.M. foundation and helping build houses in the Dominican Republic.
